Adding quizzes in Raqemi LMS is an important step to accurately and professionally evaluate students' levels. In this blog, we will talk about how to add quizzes simply, and we will learn about the different ways to customize questions and criteria to achieve the best educational experience for students. Whether you are a beginner or a professional in using the platform, you will find that creating quizzes on RaQemi LMS is easy and quick, and it will allow you to monitor students' progress and organize quizzes accurately and flexibly.

1.Open the Teacher's Dashboard:

To access the Teacher's Dashboard, click on your profile picture in the top corner of the page. Once you click on it, a menu will appear with various options, including the "Teacher's Dashboard" option.

Here you will see all the quizzes you have created, whether they are currently ongoing, have ended, or are scheduled for future dates.

2.Creating Quizzes:

The first thing you will do is click on "Create," and then you will enter the basic information such as the quiz title, its duration, and the start and end dates. You will set the date if you want to schedule the quiz for a specific time.

After that, you will start to determine the type of quiz, whether it is multiple choice, true/false, or essay, depending on the type of questions you want to add to the quiz.

1.Multiple Choice Quiz:

After entering the title and basic information and clicking on "Create," now it's time to write the quiz itself. If the quiz is multiple choice, the first thing you will do is write the question in the "Question" field. After that, you will add the choices, and if you want to add more choices, there will be an option on the left called "Add Choice." This allows you to increase the number of choices as you like.

6

After adding the choices, the next step is to select the correct answer from the choices you have written. Choose the correct answer and then you can move on to the next question to continue the rest of the questions in the quiz in the same way.

2.True/False Quiz:

Creating true/false quizzes is similar to multiple-choice quizzes, but the main difference is that there are only two answers: "True" or "False." So, you will still write the question in the "Question" field, and then you determine the correct answer from these two choices.

4.Open Answer Quiz:

The last type of quiz is the open-answer quiz, which allows the student the opportunity to write a detailed answer with greater freedom. You will write the question as you do in the other types, but you will not specify options for the answer. The student will write their answer in a space designated for open answers.

And with that, we have finished preparing a new quiz on the RaQemi LMS platform! We used three different types of questions: multiple choice, true/false, and open answer, to provide a comprehensive and varied assessment experience for students. Now, the quiz is ready to be published and used to assess students efficiently.

3.Editing the test:

After you publish the test, you'll have the opportunity to edit its content before the actual start time of the test. This means that if the test hasn't started yet, you can edit it and change anything until the student begins answering. However, once the test has started, you won't be able to edit or change anything in the questions or timings.

To edit the test, follow these steps:
First, open the 'Tests' option located on the right.
Then, go to the 'Scheduled Tests' section, and there you will find the option to edit the test as shown in the image.
